Q: How do I get there?
A: A link to mapquest driving directions is in the ad (right above the map). Our address is pre-filled, all you have to do is enter your starting address and hit the "Get Directions" button.
Q: What are your business hours? Are you open on weekends?
A: As stated in the ad, we are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are almost never open on weekends, although we do have an occasional "Parking Lot Sale" on some Saturdays.

Q: Do you still have the item(s) in stock?
A: Yes, otherwise the post would have been taken down.

A: No, unless explicitly stated in the ad. However, most items come with our very own 30 day warranty.
Q: Do you take Credit Cards/Personal Checks/Money Orders?
A: As stated in the ad, we accept cash only for all local pickups. California sales tax will be added to all purchases (no exceptions).
Q: Will you hold the item for me?
A: Sorry, we cannot hold any items without a deposit, but we will stick around a little past closing time if you're already on your way (please call ahead to confirm).
